Website design, software development and digital setup are custom services. Refunds depend on the project stage and the written agreement.
Before Work Begins
Payments may be refunded before work begins, minus bank, mobile money, Paystack or processing charges where applicable.
After Work Begins
Deposits and milestone payments may be non-refundable once planning, design, development, setup or delivery work has started.
Completed Projects
Completed, delivered or approved digital services are not refundable. Fixes for agreed issues may be handled within the support period.
